Ian Fenwick returns as intrepid Explorer Cato Fong after an unscheduled absence since his last successful charity event, Run, Swim, Cycle and Kayaking across England in 2012. To celebrate the 10^th Anniversary of running the “Coast and Castles Cycle Route” he is attempting to run a 100 mile Ultra with support from “Team Cato” from Berwick to Newcastle Easter Weekend 2020 as the first adventure in 2020.

Please spread the word and raise awareness. There were 49,029 diagnoses of prostate cancer in 2018, meaning prostate cancer over took breast cancer as the most common cancer in England. Help Cato to change this!
